What bothers you and why?
I often practice a lot of deep breathing and sighing, especially lately, as things get on my nerve. It can be anything from kids not cleaning their room to not being heard or having a voice.
My number one bug bear though would have to be on the road. Specifically going through road works, at the set reduced speed limit, and someone decided the safety of others does not matter and the reduced speed signs should not have to apply to them.

Let me tell you a little story. There was a traffic controller on the Sunshine Coast back in 2017 who was hit by a car and killed. I’m sure if you go back through the news and court archives, the driver was convicted of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death. The crash happened at midnight and that man’s family never got to see or speak to him again.

Am I sorry for giving you this photo? Unapologetically, NO! If you actually wake up and realise there a people’s lives at risk and families who will grieve for years and it slows you down and makes your brain properly function for the first time in life, then I have done my job here.
Please respect your location and the people around you. If you are running late, people will understand. If you don’t want to run late, leave 30 minutes before even a 10 minute commute. It’s simple maths.
For the love of all that is good and holy, just slow the F%#K down!!
For now, I leave you with this:

Your concern is serious and I absolutely agree with you. All it requires is to sensitise people in general and historically rash drivers in particular. Driving under the influence of alcohol needs to be checked regularly.

I totally agree about the complacency that drivers under the influence of alcohol and other drugs have and the serious disregard to human life.
