Describe your dream chocolate bar.
When I was a youngster and catching the bus to school, a bar of caramilk used to be my go to chocolate bar. The creaminess, the caramel and milk flavours, the absolute melt-in-your-mouth experience… I could not resist.

Cadbury culled it from their product list and I was devastated. I did switch to Turkish delight and snack but it just wasn’t the same dopamine rush.
In 2003, I was at the peak of my tenpin bowling career and used to use chocolate and coffee to upkeep my stamina and win tournaments.
One day, I just stopped. It could be the same time I switched off the TV and hit the text books hard.
Now I eat maybe one square a week and two of my work mates gave me a block of Lindt as a caring gift. I still have some left after four weeks!

So with my other colleague who sits next to me in charge of my sugar intake as the sugar control officer, I share a square once a week with my coworkers in my team and that is how I roll.
I did get some caramilk recently but it went missing due to a child of mine not caring about boundaries. Not to worry, I can always get more and it will always last me ages.

Charles M Schulz
So I will leave you with that for tonight. Chocolate is amazing but everything is better in moderation.
